I recently moved out of the area, but I still make the trip to Auto Pro to have work done on my cars. They stand behind the great work they do, and they're honest and fair. A prime example: I brought my car in for some work a couple of years ago, and during that visit the Auto Pro guys noticed that the brakes they had worked on about a year earlier were in bad shape. I was unaware of any problem, but they proactively offered to replace the brakes at no charge because they were under their warranty. They could have said nothing. That's integrity, and it's hard to find in the auto repair business. Thanks guys!

I arrived on time, they started on time and completed the agreed-upon work promptly. The waiting area was complete with decent choices of beverages and snacks and was comfortably warm. He tells it like it is, and will take the steps necessary to determine the best solution for the life of the car. As a women, not having any knowledge on how motors work, I hate dealing with car repairs. John and Darren take the extra time to explain the devil in the details.
