As many of these reviews have pointed out, their customer service is fantastic. We actually had a dead battery down the street from the shop the other day, and an employee was kind enough to walk over and help us charge it up. Great people! I also appreciate that during oil changes they actually inspect your car and do things like fill tires, washer fluid, etc. versus some other shops that seem to check it off their list without actually doing it. Finally, really appreciate that they closely inspect your vehicle during oil changes and walk you through any needed maintenance or repairs. Great overall experience!
