This was my first service visit with AutoPro, which was meant to be an alternative to a few of the other local service shops I had visited for my Ford Explorer. James was the front counter guy, met me with a smile on a Friday afternoon for my 1:00 PM appointment and my SUV was into the shop for an oil change within about 10 minutes of my arrival. I waited in their small waiting room area for my vehicle to get done, which only took about 40 minutes. My SUV was ready at the curb outside the waiting room area, but because their waiting area got filled with other walk in customers, it took another 10 minutes before they could get me checked out and on my way (that was the only negative for the visit - as I think they should have cleared the waiting customers before taking in any more new ones!). But they did honor their $35.00 oil change coupon, and with the swipe of my credit card, I was on my way at the one hour mark. Overall, a good first visit. And based on this time, I will return again! (Recommended that you schedule an appointment ahead of time as that made things much easier than being a walk-in customer based on what I saw during the time I was there. The appointment-type customers get priority on the schedule... just as it should be!!). Thank you James, Darrin, Brett, and the rest of the crew.
